Shipping Charges & Transit Times

We currently ship to the United States only. Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) is $5.00 per order. Priority Shipping (3-4 business days) is $10 per order.

 Order Processing

We ship OmegaStrap orders out to you Monday through Friday from our small facility in southern Minnesota. You betcha! Our current processing time is 3-5 business days for orders within the United States.

International Orders

Yes, we ship around the world! While in our checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated automatically according to your location.

Business or Commercial Addresses

If you’re shipping to a business or commercial address, please use a first and last name in the address Line 1 field, or it will be held back until it’s verified that the order is going to an individual and not a business.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

Please try to verify your address as correct before shipment, and please don’t refuse the package. Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping fees based on the original shipment method used. A deduction will happen on orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or as insufficient address. Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded, minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. If you would like a new item, please create a new order with the desired item or items. Please see Exchanges below.

 Lost + Stalled Packages

If the USPS tracking number is reporting a successful delivery but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier, USPS, at 1-800-222-1811. OmegaStrap LLC can’t take responsibility for lost or missing packages that have been reported as successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. We cannot issue refunds on lost packages at this time. USPS may be able to escalate and investigate your specific situation.

Sometimes a package may “stall” while in transit. We recommend making a personal claim with USPS at the number above, or via email on their website.
